岗位职责：
1、根據上級單位的指導要求和公司管理需要，協助擬定年度審計工作計畫；
2、負責帶領團隊組織實施各類審計項目，對公司的運營管理、內部控制的全面性和有效性進行審計監督，評價；
3、推動公司及所屬利潤中心落實審計整改建議，監督審計整改落實情況；
4、為公司及所屬利潤中心完善內部控制體系、風險治理提供支援和協助；
5、建立完善內部審計體系，優化內部審計制度、流程或工作指引。
任职资格：
1、本科及以上學歷，財務、審計、工商管理等專業背景，持有註冊會計師、國際內部審計師等相關專業資格；
2、熟練掌握審計、財務、內控、風險管理等專業知識和必要IT、資料分析技能，熟悉香港公司治理、財稅、商業相關政策、法規;
3、具有審計、財務、風控等相關領域或崗位8年以上工作經驗，能夠獨立帶隊開展審計項目，具有四大會計師事務所、大型知名企業或中資企業工作經驗優先;
4、良好的職業道德和團隊合作精神，誠信正直，勇於接受挑戰、能夠在壓力下工作、接受適量出差安排;
5、熟練掌握普通話、粵語及英語並用於日常工作及交流，具有良好的溝通技巧、組織協調及文字撰寫能力。

岗位职责：
1. Prepare consolidated financial statements, budget, forecast and related financial analysis
2. Prepare result announcements, interim and annual reports of listed company
3. Review financial information of subsidiaries
4. Assist in financial system development, implementation and maintenance
5. Other ad-hoc assignments/projects
任职资格：
1. University graduated in Accounting, Finance or equivalent discipline
2. Qualified Accountant with over 4 years of accounting or audit experience (preferably a mix of Big 4 audit and listed company related experience)
3. Strong analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and presentation skills
4. Hands-on experience in Hyperion/Oracle system preferred
5. Good knowledge in generally accepted accounting principles
6. Occasional travel to China is required
7. Attention to details, self-motivated, proactive and able to work under pressure
8. Good command of English, Putonghua and Chinese
9. Proficient in PC skills (MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing)

【华创总部】税务管理岗

岗位职责：
- Conduct and co-ordinate tax due diligence, tax structuring / restructuring and tax analyses of investment projects;
- Mitigate tax risks and resolve tax disputes;
- Support tax planning and make full use of tax incentives to enhance tax efficiency;
- Analyse the effect of latest changes of international and domestic tax laws to the business;
- Handle tax compliance including domestic tax filings, transfer pricing documentation, CbCR, etc;
- Formulate group tax policies;
- Other ad-hoc assignments/projects.
任职资格：
- Bachelor degree or above in taxation, law, economics, accounting, finance or equivalent disciplines.
- Proficient in Hong Kong tax laws and regulations, and hands on experience in international tax assignments is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years tax working experience in a large multinational company.
- Experience in investment and capital markets is a plus. Candidate with extensive experience will be considered as Deputy Tax Management Director.
- Holder of Hong Kong CPA is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Excellent English and Chinese writting skill.
- Occasional travel to China is required.
